I started this company because too much of the local pest control industry runs on cheap one-off spraying — call out, knock down the adults you can see, collect payment, move on. Two weeks later the next generation hatches and the homeowner is back where they started.
That's not how my team operates. Every job starts with an inspection that actually identifies the species and finds the harbourage. We use targeted baiting, residual treatment and follow-up visits timed to break the egg cycle — and we put the warranty in writing so we're held to the result, not just the visit.
We deliberately stay focused on Subang Jaya, USJ, Bandar Sunway and Putra Heights. Local-only means I know which streets have termite history, which condos get hammered by German cockroaches, and where Aedes pressure spikes after the monsoon. Operating without certification is illegal in Malaysia, but the regulator doesn't actively enforce it. Always ask. Our technicians carry valid certification.
Every chemistry we use is registered with the Malaysian Pesticide Board. No grey-market imports, no unlabelled drums.
Chemical is the last lever, not the first. We pull on physical exclusion, sanitation and baiting before defaulting to spray.
After every treatment you get a service note documenting what was done, what was used, and the warranty window. F&B operators need this for MOH inspections.
A real warranty means a return visit at no extra cost if the pest is back inside the window. Verbal "guarantees" with no paper trail are worthless.
Before any quote, a technician visits and diagnoses. You pay nothing for the inspection — only if you choose to proceed with the treatment.
